Senior Human Resource Management Officer
Essential Functions:
• Develop/review HR policy & procedures/strategy; Scan internal environment (organizational diagnosis)
• Gather data on the current state of HR in the organization. (number of employees, age and sex category, education, experience, etc)
• Identify and determine learning issues/priority areas and conduct Organizational Development matters
• Prepare HR strategy plan and devise methods of communication concerning HR issues (workshop, employee hand book or policy folder) & distribute for the HR
• Develop HR planning and reconcile supply with demand and prepare action plan.
• Prepare training and management development plan,
• Conduct employment of new staff and coordinate personnel administration matters of the bank
Job Requirements:
BA/MA in HR & OD /Business Administration or Management with 5/3 years in human resource management or capacity building and organizational development.
