Internship at GIZ

GIZ Ethiopia would like to invite  students who graduated in 2014 to apply for a Six month internship with GIZ . Duty station is Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Find program and main duties of internship below.
Main Duites:
 

• Ensure updating personnel file;
• Handling provident fund request and maintain necessary documentations;
• Prepare temporary and piece work contracts;
• Prepare payment vouchers in relation to HR especially temporary staff payroll, piece work contract payments ;
• Work with insurance broker company on handling medical clam reimbursement ;
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Job Requirements:

Required qualification 
 

• University degree in Human Resource , Business Administration or Management
• 0 Years experience
