Job Title 1: Electrical Engineer
Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the control and maintenance of all facility equipments including switch-gear, power distribution system, generators, engine controls, kitchen equipments, all air-conditioning & refrigeration systems, lighting system, access control & CCTV system, telephone and data system under the supervision of the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
Qualification:
• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Skills:
• Willingness to work in 3 shift basis and extra hours as required
• Strong interpersonal skill and integrity
• Excellent English language proficiency (both speaking and writing skill)
• Good leadership quality and assertive
• Computer proficiency (AutoCAD skill is advantageous)
Job Title 2: Microbiologist
Job Summary:
• Use standard microbiological techniques as per the laboratory manual to isolate and identify cultures of microorganisms as part of the company effort to assure food safety and quality in all food production processes. Perform microbiological analyses of food, water, ice and swab samples as per the company control schedule and procedures under the supervision of Quality and Food Safety Manager.
Qualification:
Education: B.Sc. in Biology or related field
Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a laboratory in the food industry
Skills:
• Willingness to work in shift and extra hours as required
• Good HACCP experience
• Strong interpersonal skill and integrity
• Excellent English language proficiency (both speaking and writing skill)
• Computer proficiency
