1. Position: Order Receiving, Sales and Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Operations Department Manager, she/he will be responsible for preparing sales strategy, business plan and goals pertinent to sales, implement commercial policy of the company, promoting the products of the company, handling customer relationship management, tracking tenders, giving quotations, order receiving, following customers orders, handling customers complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery of quality products.
Qualification and experience: BA degree in Management or Marketing Management and 6 years of relevant work experience out which 3 years in supervisory position
2. Position: Head Pre-Press
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of Factory Manager coordinates and supervises pro-press activities (design, film and plate making, stripping), develops and maintains quality standards of the section, fosters innovative works in the design work etc.
Qualification and experience: BA degree in graphic arts, or Printing Technology or equivalent with 6 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in supervisory position.
3. Position: Head Press Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of Factory Manager coordinates and supervises press activities, develops and maintains quality standards of the section, ensures effective production process, implements mechanisms for optimal utilization of resources (human, material and machine), strives to meet targets, monitors and measures the printing process etc.
Qualification and experience: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Printing Technology with 6 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in supervisory position preferably in the printing manufacturing sector
4. Position: Cost and Budget Division Head
Job Summary
Under the guidance of Finance Department Manger prepares budget, follows up compliance to budget, prepares progress reports, workout transfer pricing for revenues centers and computes manufacturing costs to set prices on products and services etc.
Qualification and Experience: BA degree in Accounting and 6 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing firm.
5. Position: Senior Cost and Budget
Job Summary
Under the guidance of Head Cost & Budget Division prepares budget, follows up compliance to budget, prepares progress reports, workout transfer pricing for revenues centers and computes manufacturing costs to set prices on products and services etc.
Qualification and Experience: BA degree in Accounting and 4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing firm.
6. Position: Lead Technician Mechanical Maintaince
Job Summary
Under the direction of Maintaince Service Head she/he will be responsible, organizing, directing and controlling the overall activities of the Mechanical Maintaince Section. Supervise Mechanical Maintaince activities /prepare and implement annual maintaince plan, . ensure machines availability for optimal utilization)
Qualification and experience: BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years relevant work experience, preferable in printing /manufacturing sector.
7. Position: Lead Technician, Electrical and Electronics Maintaince
Job Summary
Under the direction of Maintaince Service Head she/he will be responsible organizing, directing and controlling the overall activities of the Electrical and Electronics Maintaince Section. Supervise Electrical and Electronics Maintaince activities /prepare and implement annual maintaince plan, ensure machines availability for optimal utilization)
Qualification and experience: BSc degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 2 years relevant work experience, preferable in printing /manufacturing sector
8. Position: Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Scrutinizes payment documents and ensures that they are authorized and in line with the financial procedures of the organization, follows up receivables and payments, posts transactions, prepares cash projections, generates and analyzes financial reports, prepares and timely submits tax returns and reports.
Qualification and Experience: BA degree in Accounting with knowledge of peachtree accounting software and 4 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing firm.
9. Position: Trainee Industrial Engineer
Qualification and experience: BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and cumulative GPA 3.00 and above.
Quantity: 3 /Three/
10. Position: Trainee Electronics Engineer
Qualification and experience: BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and cumulative GPA 3.00 and above
Quantity: 2/Two/
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Terms of Employment: Permanent
