1. Position: Associate IT Manager

Level: 7 (Seven)

Place of work: Addis Ababa with frequent field travels

Duration of contract: Indefinite Period based on performance and availability of fund

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate IT Manager is responsible for the overall management of PSI/Ethiopia information, communication and technology systems (ICT) and equipment. S/he will be leading and coordinating the implementation all IT systems design, development needs and provide technical support to central and regional offices in the area of Information Technology. S/he will be responsible for compliance with PSI Information Security Policies, Procedures and Standards. Overall IT management responsibilities include assuming full responsibility for managing and supporting IT systems and equipment: maintaining infrastructure: and overseeing technical specifications for the regional offices as well.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·         Masters degree with 3 years experience or Bachelors degree with 6 years relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related fields of study;

·         Experience in systems development & management and in supporting, troubleshooting Windows PCs, servers, printers and networks of similar work environment; working knowledge of necessary software, databases and programming languages:

·         Strong organizational & management skills, strong communication skills and time management skills;

·         Demonstrated self-management and Self-starter (i.e., motivation, dealing with pressure, adaptability), ability to manage several major multidimensional activities simultaneously

·         Ability to handle highly confidential information;

·         Local IT market awareness;

·         Proven user training skills and Strong service consciousness;

·         Good command of both written and spoken English.

2. Position: Regional Sales and Distribution Representative

Level: 5 (Five)

Reports to: Regional Sales and Distribution Coordinator

Required No: 1 (One)

Place of work: Bahir Dar, with frequent travels to towns within the area office

Duration of contract: Indefinite Period based on performance and availability of fund

JOB SUMMARY

The regional sales and distribution representative is responsible for the sales and distribution of all PSI/E products and creation of linkage between retailers, wholesalers and PSI/E. S/he is also responsible for achieving sales, distribution and quality of coverage targets including accessibility to the target groups, availability and visibility in the target outlets, absence of expired products, overseeing of the RRP and availability and visibility of point of sales materials on the targeted facilities. S/he is responsible for timely planning and reporting. The incumbent travels up to 80% of his/her time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree/Diploma in pharmacy, sales or marketing, business management or related field of studies;

2/4 years experience, respectively in sales and marketing of products:

Proficient Driving skill supported by 3 grade valid driving license is a must:

Computer literate;

Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic
