Manager - Woman Desk Division

Essential Functions:

• Directs and supervises the overall tasks and activities of women economic empowerment activities of the bank;

• Establishes and maintains effective partnership with experts, women related organizations including Non-Government Organizations, Embassies and International Mission or development organizations to secure the necessary support;

• Plans and organizes capacity building and skill training that are necessary to enhance women entrepreneur development in collaboration with internal and external organs; V

• Able to work cross functionally with strong sense of customer serv(ce

• Liaisons and communicates with the top management and all functional units of the Bank in a bid to ascertaining that women are getting the support they and their businesses deserves

• Promotes the brand vision of the bank as well as innovative financial products and services that Enat Bank could offer to women and their businesses;

• Sees to it that the analysis and appraisal of credit request of women applicants to access loan facilitates is done with reasonable time;

• Maintains a data base of woman customers which help to measure how well the Bank is service women and make them beneficiary of the Bank’s products and services

Skills:

• Ability to design and implementation of projects and also mobilization bf resources

• Able to work cross functionally with strong sense of customer service

• Experience in supporting and serving women

• Strong leadership, inter-personal and people’s management skills

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

• Expertise in gender responsive business skills capacity building, BDS and financing

• Experience in the usage of computer (MS Word, Excel, etc)

Education and Experience:

• B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies or related fields with minimum of 5 years of direct experience

Or

• MA. Degree in programs that focus on women economic empowerment with minimum of 3 years of direct experience
