Ethiopian Airlines would like to hire qualified candidates for the following

Positions:

1. Job Title: Trainee Cabin Crew

Qualification required:

A minimum of Level II/10+2 Certificate in any field of study from a recognized College/University/TVET with a minimum grade of “C” In English subject at Ethiopia Grade 10th General School Leaving Examination. Or Diploma from a recognized International Community Schools. Or A minimum of 12th Grade complete per the new bid curriculum.

Age Limit: 18 -30 years old inclusive

Height: 159 cm and above, and at least 212 cm arm reach.

Weight: Proportional to height.

N.B:

1. Knowledge of foreign language other than English is advantageous.

2. Charming and friendly personalities are the requirements of the job.

3. Applicants with a higher qualification are qualified to apply.

NB: for cabin crew applicants: Preliminary physical screening and assessment will be conducted during the registration. Therefore candidates are required to wear knee high skirt, sleeveless shirt, to make up their hair properly and to wear normal size heel shoes (not platform). Using of nail polish, any makeup including lipstick eye liner and shuruba is not allowed.

2. Job Title: Tire Repairman

Qualification required:

12th grade as per the old curriculum or 10 grade as per the new curriculum complete and must have a minimum of one year’s work experience in repairing tires of light and heavy duty vehicles.

N.B.

Age limit for external applicant 20-35 years old

Having a minimum of 2nd Grade or Automobile Driving license is mandatory

3. Job Title: Assistant Material Controller

Qualification required:

College or 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Purchasing/ Supplies Mgmt./ Accounting/General Mechanic/ Automotive/Metal Technology/Machining/Machine Technology& one years of relevant experience.

4. Job Title: Assistant GSE Operator

Qualification required: 10th grade complete per new educational policy or 12th grade complete per old curriculum with 3rd grade or Taxi or 2d or above driving license.

Age 25-40 years old (inclusive)

5. Job Title: Assistant Auto painter

Qualification required: Diploma Graduate from recognized Art School in Painting or 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Painting.

10+3 or Level. IV Diploma in Painting.

NB: 2nd grade or Automobile driving license is advantageous and for training/other requirements, refer the progression ladder of the position.

Age limit: For external applicant 20-35 years old.

6. Job Title: Medical Doctor

Qualification required: graduate in medicine from recognized medical school and 4 years experience as general practitioner preferably in hospital or specialist in internal medicine.
