DENK PHARMA was founded in Munich, Germany in 1948. We have a strong focus on export markets and presently supply our DENK PHARMA premium medicine to over 60 countries around the world. Our products are manufactured, quality controlled and registered in Germany. Our goal is to offer patients in Ethiopia the same quality of medicine as they can find in a Germany pharmacy.

Your profile:

• Proven track-record of marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical sector

• Management experience in pharmaceutical sector

• Leadership competence

• Dynamic, productive personality with excellent networking skills

• Organizational talent

• Fluency in English

Scope of functions:

• Responsible for Denk Pharma image and brand in the country

• Responsible for turnover of Denk Pharma in the country

• Overall responsibility for the Denk Pharma sales team

• Ensures availability of and access to Denk pharma products

• Budgets all sales, marketing and promotional activities and prepares marketing plan

• Coordinates product launches

• Administers costs and reports these to Denk Pharma on a monthly basis

• Creates smooth networks between all players in the market

• Motivates the entire team towards success

The country manager reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager in Germany.
