BA Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related field &

12 years of relevant banking experience; 4 of which in managerial positions

General Responsibilities: Under the general direction of V/President of Operations, plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, controls and supervises various activities of the regional office and branches under the domain of the regional office; oversees the overall domestic banking, credit and international banking activities of branches under the domain of the regional office; ascertains that all resources of the Bank are safe and secured, closely monitors HR matters, general service and procurement activities; periodically evaluates performance of Branch Managers and regional office staff.

Place of Assignment: Mekelle

2. Branch Manager I

BA Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related field &

5 years of relevant banking experience, 1 of which in supervisory positions

Place of Assignment: Bahir Dar, Dilla, Welayta Sodo, Hossaena

3. Senior Customer Service Officer I

BA Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related field &

2 years of relevant banking experience

Place of Assignment: Dilla, Welayta Sodo, Hossana

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale
