Nolot Professionals Business PLC is currently processing recruitment for a HR Manager & Administrative Assistant positions for a big manufacturing organization currently under construction.
Position 1: Human Resources Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Purpose of the Position: Provides overall strategic HR leadership; develops sound HR policies and procedures that are congruent with organizational strategic objectives, vision & mission; ensures the HR strategy of the organization is implemented; provides strategic leadership to attract, motivate, retain & develop appropriate people in the right positions needed so as to ensure that the organization successfully achieves its objectives; supports managers in the area of HR functions.
Required Minimum Experience
• Completion of 1st or 2nd Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• 4 years for 2 Degree or 6 years for 15t Degree holder
• Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management.
• Considerable knowledge of organization dynamics and the Ethiopian labour law
• Skilled in MS Office.
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Employment Type: Permanent
Purpose of the Position: Manages all office matters, petty cash and communications.
Required Minimum Experience
• Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or equivalent with at least three years relevant work experiences.
• Very good inter-personal relation & communication skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
• Ability to work with team, ability to write reports to the standard, ability to take initiatives,
• Work under minimum supervision and under pressure in tight deadlines;
• Capable in planning, organizing duties and keep quality of works.
