Customer Service Representative
Under supervision of the respective Department Manager, the incumbent welcomes customers to the Bank; provides customers general information; guides customers to the part of the Bank or individual they require; facilitates communication, the movement and organization of documents, among departments and support line staff by facilitating the business process.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives and welcomes customers at initial point of entry to the Bank.
• Provides customers with general information and guide them to the person/unit they require
• Handles petty cash and other minor expenditures.
• Assists staff in the department assigned with regards to general services.
• Prepares different forms as per the department assigned and assist the customer in filling forms.
• Handles stationeries, supplies, etc.
• Facilitates smooth communication between the department assigned and other departments.
• Facilitates movements and organization of documents and files.
• Provides secretarial services to the department assigned
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Art Degree in Marketing or Secretarial Science and Office Management or related.
WORK EXPERIENCE: One year of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Skill in human relations and customer service
Good communication skills.
Skill in operating office machines
Skill in using computer and relevant software
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
