Legetafo-Legedadi. Transportation service to and fro town is available. The
company operates a farm in the Humera area and works also jointly with two
cooperatives consisting of 1500 out-growers.

Qualification & experience:
Qualification:
BA
degree in accounting from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in manufacturing industry with managerial
level, cost accounting background is highly preferable.
High
level of proficiency with Peach-tree accounting system and Excel
Relevant
work experience in international (multinational) companies.
SOX and US GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
Languages:
Speaking and writing Amharic and English fluently is mandatory.
Salary:
Salary
is negotiable.
Major duties & responsibilities:
1. Monthly
financial reporting to The Organic Corporation BV, The Netherlands, for
consolidation purposes
2. Forecasting
(quarterly) and budgeting (annually)
3. Management
of the accounts department
4. Cash
management
5. Financial
inventory management
6. Financing
in coordination with banks, general manager and The Organic Corporation B.V.
7. Maintain
external relations with banks, auditors, fiscal advisors, lawyers and
governmental institutions .
8. Participate
in regular management team meetings
