Kaki private limited company is established in 2003 G.C. In a very short period of time the company managed to acquire rich and dependable experience in Ethiopian vehicles market as importer and distributor of ISUZU Trucks in particular and other automobiles. Also recently we are engaged in exporting sesame seed to China, India, Singapore and Israel.

Position Overview
Develop, implement and monitor human resource strategy, policies and practices in the Company to ensure continuous availability of sufficient, qualified and motivated personal while also controlling personnel costs in order to translate business challenges in to Human Resource (HR) solution and reports to the General Manager. His/her duties include:
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the Company Management for decision making. 
  • Develop policies, rules and procedures and implement when approved. Define, implement and execute policies and procedures for maintaining healthy relationships with employees & industrial relations.
  • Initiate and implement organizational & leadership development within the Company.
  • Ensure the optimal development and execution of all Human Resource Management (HRM) & Admin processes by introducing management tools, monitor and benchmark methodologies and best practices of others fact based measurements of HRM & Admin functions effectiveness and efficiency.  
  • Lead the department and mange employees including recruitment, performance management motivational and career development.

Job Requirements

Education and  Experience  
  • BA degree in Human Resource Management or related fields from accredited university. 
  • A minimum of 10 years work experience out of which 8 years in managerial position, preferable engaged in private limited company. 
Required Skills 
  • Planning and organizing skills with working knowledge of all HR processes (including compensation & benefits and industrial relations).
  • Self initiator with high degree of self-management, energetic and excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent communication verbal & written skills, assertive nature with determination to get the job done.
