Business Development Manager - Axis Marketing Services plc

Business Development Manager will be a senior sales position within Axis.
The Major task is focuses to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue. The main duties of the Business Development Manager can be summarized as follows:
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Plan approaches and pitches
Build relationships with new clients
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels
Attend industry events, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Work with sales teams and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Qualifications: degree level in marketing Management or similar field of Study
Experience: The applicant need to have a considerable experience as Sales Representatives or sales team leader.
Essential knowledge and skills
Business Development Managers must be self-motivated and enthusiastic. They need strong leadership skills and should be able to manage and motivate a wide range of sales team, be able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients. Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital, and Business Development Managers should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the customer or employee they are dealing with.
