Job Description
- Provide expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of professional relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee engagement, practices, policies, training, etc.
- Responsible for HR integration activities.
- Ensure 100% HR compliance.
- Payroll and Benefit administration.
- Facilitating staff Performance appraisal.
- Organizing training.
- Handling other assignment as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management, Public Administration or related field from the accredited university.
- At least 4 years working experience in Human Resources.
- In-depth understanding of methodology and process of HR activities.
- Familiar with China labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English as working language both spoken & written.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Computer and Ms Office application skill is required.
- Strong team work skills.
- Diplomacy and Strong negotiation skill.
- Interpersonal skills to interact and advise personnel from all levels of seniority.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation good organizational and time management skill to prioritize work load.
- Ability to solve problem under great pressure.
