Major Responsibilities

• Doing all weekly and monthly planning relevant to the Department.
• Maintaining work productivity and discipline of staff.
• Reporting on work progress and maintaining high quality standards.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• BSC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering, Civil engineering and other related field of study.
• Management experience in a privately owned company ideally also foreign investor.
• Minimum of 8 year experience in managing large facility and many employees. Ideally more than 50 subordinates.
•  Demonstrating above average organizational and labour management skills
• Background using various technical softwares; Auto Cad, Water Cad etc…
• Good command of English Language skills
• Evidence of a stable career path which is traceable and which produced results.
• Traceable references.

Terms & Conditions of Employment

• Length of Contract: Indefinite
• Duty Station: RFE head office, Koka - 92 kms away from Addis Ababa.
• Salary: Attractive and Based on the company salary scale
