Hope Enterprises would like to invite competent applicants for the following positions for Addis Ababa Branch TVET Institution and School.
1. TVET Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day to day activities of the branch TVET center.
2. Plan and execute the activities of the branch TVET Center.
3. Submit quarterly and bi-annual activity report of the center to the concerned bodies.
4. Create sound communication internally and externally with related offices.
5. Follow up and implement the capacity building plan of instructors.
6. Initiate and follow up the procurement of training tools, equipment and machines.
7. Assure the maintenance of training rooms, workshops, machines and facilities.
8. Train trainees
Qualification: BEd or BSc in Technology or Engineering and CoC certified Applicants qualified in General Metal Fabrication and Assembly (GMFA) or Industrial Electrical Machines and Drives Technology (IEMDT) or Furniture Making is an advantage.
Required Experience:
1. At least 4 years of teaching in TVET institution or higher education institution and
2. At least 2 year of experience as a department Head, TVET institute director or any related position.
2. Primary School Principal
Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing, leading, advising and motivating staff toward desired performances level to attain the educational goals of the primary school stipulated by Hope Enterprises and Ministry of Education.
• Continually monitoring and evaluating teaching learning process, curriculum content and other existing school programs and practices in accordance with the academic standards, objectives and general core values and mission of HOPE Enterprises and MoE policy.
• Ensure utilization of all available school facilities, materials, staff and other resources effectively and to the fullest extent possible.
• Actively involve in planning, budget preparation, implementing and submit reports on time.
• Work with high school principals and other education program staffs on common concern issues.
Qualifications Required: B.Ed. in Educational Administration and a minimum of 2 years work experience as school principal. Computer skill is important.
3. Addis Ababa Branch TVET Instructor/Trainer and Registrar
Position: General Metal Fabrication and Assembly Instructor
Qualification and experience: BED in Manufacturing and CoC Certified
Required number: 1
Position: Industrial Electrical Machines and Drives Technology Instructor
Qualification and experience: BED in Electrical/Electronics and CoC Certified

Position: Registrar
Qualification and experience: Level IV in Data Base Administration
Required number: 1
Position: Food Preparation Instructor/Trainer
Qualification and experience: BED in Hotel Management and CoC certified or Level III in Food Preparation and CoC certified

House Keeping and Laundry Service (HKLS) Trainer
Qualification and experience: Level Ill in HKLS and CoC Certified
Required number: 1
