- B Sc Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 2.75.
- Project Management training
- Eight (8) years post qualification experience in project management related to Petroleum Industry or Construction-environment.
- 2nd Grade Driving License
- Skill in Computer, Auto Cad and MS Project
- Project management

- Procurement process awareness
