interested and qualified candidates for the following vacant positions.
1. Position title: Office Assistant
Basic Requirements:
BA
in Management/ Accounting/ Commerce or any other related field plus four years
of relevant work experience with proficiency in MS office, good command of
written and spoken English, excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Good
command of Afan Oromo is an asset.

2. Position title: Electrician
Basic Requirements:
College
degree/ diploma or equivalent in electricity or any other related field plus
four years of relevant work experience. Must be able to identify & rectify
regular faults. Experience in repair of electrical motors, etc. is an asset.

3. Position title: Store Keepers (2)
Basic Requirements:
BA
in Management/ Accounting/ Commerce or any other related field plus four years
of relevant work experience. Good command of written and spoken English,
excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Person having knowledge of
Afan Oromo and MS office would be preferred.

4. Position title: Accountant
Basic Requirements:
BA
in Management/ Accounting/ Commerce or any other related field plus four years
of relevant work experience. Good command of written and spoken English,
excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Must be proficient in MS
Office particularly excel. Person having knowledge of Afan Oromo would be
preferred.

5. Position title: Manager, HR & Administration
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor/
Master in Management/ HR or any other related field plus eight years of
relevant work experience. Good command of written and spoken English, excellent
communication and interpersonal skill. Must be proficient in MS Office &
Afan Oromo. Must have worked in a farm or factory with large number of workers.
Should be well versed & fully knowledgeable of labour laws &
regulations. Law graduate would be preferred.

6. Position title: Farm Manager
Basic Requirements:
B.Sc.
/ M.Sc. in Horticulture/ Agriculture or any other related field plus five years
of relevant work experience. Must have managed a farm/ pack house independently
with minimum volume of 60000 stems per day. Ability to manage workers &
maintain desired quality standards is must. Strong coordination, communication & interpersonal skills with
proficiency in MS Office.

7. Position title: Pack House Manager
Basic Requirements:
B.Sc.
/ M.Sc. in Horticulture/ Agriculture or any other related field plus five years
of relevant work experience. Must have managed a medium size farm
independently. Must be well versed in agronomic practices. Ability to manage
workers & maintain desired quality standards is must. Good coordination,
communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office desirable.

8. Position title: Security Head
Basic Requirements:
BA
in any discipline with minimum six years’ experience in a large organization. Must
have managed a team of minimum 30 security guards capable of providing round
the clock security. Applicants from Federal Police/ Army would be preferred. Good
command of spoken English & Afan Oromo is must.
