Age: not more than 30
CGPA: Male 3.25 Female 3.0 (Developing regions- Male 3.0 Female 2.75
Additional foreign language skills other than English preferable (Arabic/French/Chinese/Russian/Spanish)
Interested applicants who fulfill the above requirements can submit their relevant testimonial documents (with non returnable copies), with a photograph in person to MoFA Head Office within ten working days from October 25, 2013.
Regional registration addresses: Civil Service University, Distance Education Coordination Offices at Bahir Dar, Diredawa,Gambela, Hawassa,Semera,Assosa,Mekelle,Jigjiga and Harar. Applicants at Adama may apply at the zonal Civil Service Division. Entrance exam will also be administered at these registration places. Entrance exam date and other information will be announced on http://www.mfa.gov.et
