The Society of Human Resource Management in Ethiopia (SHRME) is a professional human resources association established to promote the role of HR as a profession and provides education, training, and networking to its members while lobbying professional practice of HR and labor management related issues.
SHRME’s objective is to Serve the Professional and Advance the Profession. We provide comprehen
sive information and tools to human resource professionals to enable them to make informed decisions. We facilitate the exchange of ideas and increase the knowledge of participants through HR forums.
SHRME is also dedicated to helping human resource professionals become leaders within their organizations and in the general business community. As a result Ab-ham is now undertaking camp house construction project in Beles sugar Factory, Kesem Sugar Factory and Omo kuraz sugar factory.
In an effort to play great role in the construction industry, our company has acquired plastic and cement products factories dedicated to manufacture PVC,PPR,& HDPE pipes and fittings and all types of cement products respectively.

Requirement:    BA/BSC degree from recognized University/College in Marketing Management/Business Administration/Economics/ Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5/6 years of related work experience, out of which 2 years in supervisory/senior position.
2.      Job Title:    Market Research and Business Development Officer
Requirement:    BA/BSC degree from recognized University/College in Marketing Management/Business Administration/Economics with 2 years of related work experience OR BSC degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management with 1 year of related work experience.
3.      Job Title:     Facility Management Officer
Requirement:    BA degree from recognized University/College in Business Management/Human Resource Management/Business Administration with two years of related work experience.
