Currently MSF France is providing Primary Health Care and Nutritional Service for Refugees in projects in Bambasi/Tongo, Benishangul-Gumuz Region and in Gambella Region and seeks to recruit one (1)
1. Logistics Assistant
WORK Location: Lietchuor Refugee Camp, close to Ngingang, Gambella Region
NUMBER OF POST: 1 (One)
TASKS: Supervision of construction and maintenance activities of all MSF France facilities of the Lietchuor project (tents, shelters, fixed structures, sanItary installations, electricity); management of compounds and Health centre, infrastructure and equipment — provide full support to medical team; participate in management of the compounds’ security. Ensure supply chain and purchasing. Stock management, Organize and follow-up all movements from and to the MSF France project in Lietchuor. Supervise log staff, contractors and daily workers.
DURATION: 3 Months with a possibility of extension
The Lietchuor Refugee Camp has been opened by ARRA/UNHCR beginning of February 2014 for refugees escaping from the ongoing conflict in South Sudan. All facilities are still in process of being optimized and established. MSF France is providing free of charge primary health care and emergency nutritional services to the still growing refugee community of currently 40.000 persons. The work environment is very demanding (extremely hot - muddy in the rainy season) and living conditions are basic. MSF’s highly motivated team consists of international and national staff and is looking for a colleague who is dedicated to our humanitarian mandate and will contribute to our work With a high level of personal and professional skills.
Requirements
• English, Amharic - ability to speak and write
• Nuer is a big asset
• Desirable experience with MSF or other NGOs
• Secondary Education
• Basic computer skills

• Excellent communication skill required
2. Human Resource and Administration Manager
WORK Location: Addis-Ababa with regular visits to field projects in Ethiopia
NUMBER OF POST: 1 (One)
SUPERVISOR: MSF Program Officer
TASKS: Coordinate and supervise the administrative procedure related to employment contracts for MSF staff in the mission as well as coordinate and oversee procedures for employee payroll, monitoring and ensuring compliance with local labour law and following MSF standards
DURATION: 3 Months with a possibility of extension
Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the implementation of administrative procedures related to employment contracts of MSF staff in the mission, in particular everything related to the CV, cover letters, business certificates, diplomas, certificates of marital status, access cards to the attention health, vacation request forms, Certificates of residence ... to comply with the legislation in force in the country.
Track administrative employment contacts, updating the existing database to comply with local labour regulations
Coordinate and supervise procedures for payroll, controlling the payment of overtime, holiday earrings, landslides, as well as developing leaves payroll and the closing monthly payroll to meet the legal requirements.
Prepare declarations form for monthly taxes and employee/employer social security contributions, creating a file containing all data to comply with legal regulations.
Check and follow up tax and labour regulations, providing support to the line manager in administrative matters under his responsibility, keeping him/her abreast of the employment and fiscal legislation in the country in order to ensure full compliance with local law and regulations across the mission.
Manage visas and airline tickets for international staff as well as keep track of their personal admin files (arrival and departure dates, paid holidays, passport, visa, plane tickets, mission order, etc) to provide the documents necessary for the performance of their job and ensuring all admin procedures needed for entering and leaving the country.
Requirements
• Education: Degree or master in Human Resource
• Experience: at least 2 years of experience in similar position, experience with NGO is an asset.
• Languages: Amharic and English compulsory, others is an asset
3. Cashier
WORK Location: Addis-Ababa
NUMBER OF POST: 1 (One)
SUPERVISOR: Accountancy Manager
TASKS: Control cash movements In the mission box checking compliance with MSF rules and protocols to have a trustworthy record of the movements of existing cashboxes.
DURATION: 3 Months with a possibility of extension
Job Summary
·         Perform coding and record cash transactions in the daily cash book.
·         Check the validity of the invoices and that identification codes are correct
·         Check the documentation and authorization to withdraw money from cash.
·         Control and monitor cash payments from the cashbox.
·         Perform currency exchange operations.
·         Perform daily check-ups of the cashboxes to investigate the possible differences and their causes.
·         Prepare payments of salaries and allowances.
·         Perform monthly reconciliation before dosing the monthly accounts.
·         Follow-up cash advances and ensure they are duly refunded.
·         Carry out transfer requests between cash and safe box.
·         Manage bank reconciliations and monthly bank statements
Requirements
• Education: Diploma or Degree in accounting
• Experience: at least 1 year of experience in similar position, experience with NGO is an asset
• Languages: Amharic and English compulsory, others is an asset
Salary: In accordance with the organizations salary scale and policy
