Sr. Human Resource Officer

Qualification & Experience: MA in Human Resource Management or related fields with 2 years of relevant work experience

Practical Experience:

• In designing and implementation of TNA,

• The area of HRM, HRD & Organization Development

• Planning, implementing & evaluating work place learning & development

• Formulation of HR & related policies, procedures & strategies,

• Implementing capacity building programs/projects

• Conducting organizational assessment) survey

Salary: Birr 10,759

Place of work: Addis Ababa
