Title : Human Resources Manager
Reports To: Head of Finance and Administration
Location : Mekelle, Ethiopia
Salary : 3,000 – 6,000 ETB

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Human Resources Manager is responsible managing recruitment, employee on-boarding and training, administrative issues, coordinating performance reviews, and research.

 
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a candidate who has the following key qualifications:

• Strong understanding of organizational design, employee training, and process standardization
• Very good communicator and detail-oriented
• REQUIRED: 5 years of human resource department experience in a private company
• 2+ years of management experience
• Education: BA in Management, Human Resources, or related field
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word; Strong English required
