1. Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Officer
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Marketing Department Manager, the Officer will work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing and social media plans and programs for all Zemen Bank’s products and services, Develops and implement a comprehensive marketing plan towards social media, print and online advertising and grass roots campaigns.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Educational Type & level
BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, communication or other related fields, having an Information Technology back ground
Work Experience
• Two years marketing and social media experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Strong interest in banking and marketing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, content Management Programs and Email Marketing Software.
• Self-motivated and confident in making sound business decisions.
• Successful with outlining, managing and performing in multi-tasking environment.
• Work creatively with limited resources.
• Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects.
• Creative problem solving and team-oriented with positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written skills [Amharic and English].

2. Job Title: Service Quality Management Officer
Job Summary
The Service Quality Management (SQM) Officer ensures that standards and protocols of the Bank’s services are followed by internal customer- service workers, supervises departments and individual staff members with the aim of creating a unified and cohesive customer service standard, “coordinates the activities required to meet quality standards” both from an internal and external standpoint, typically supervises customer-service staff to solidify the Bank’s customer-service practices, ensuring that customer-service representatives act in accordance with the Bank’s CRM values and guidelines.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Educational Type & level
• BA Degree in Marketing, or other related fields,
Work Experience
• Two years relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written skills [Amharic and English]
• Creative problem solving and team-oriented with positive attitude
• Demonstrated sound organizational and coordination skills
• Ability in report writing and correspondence
• Knowledge of Banking theory and practice

3. Job Title: ATM and POS Support Officer
Summary
Under the immediate direction of the E-Channel Division Manager, the ATM and POS Support Officer, maintains and controls the operation of Automatic Transaction Machines (ATM), and point of sales (POS) of the Bank
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Educational Type & level
• BSC Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Work Experience
• A minimum of one Year relevant work experience preferably in modern POS and ATM Systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of ATMs/PGSs; and Switch systems etc.
• Interpersonal skills to manage customers and internal staff at all levels
• Problem and solution management
4. Job Title: Multi Channel Operations & Admin. Officer
Job Summary
Under the immediate direction of the Head- ICT Infrastructure Monitoring and Follow-up Division, the Multi Channel Banking Operation and Administration Officer: follows-up, monitors and executes the operation of Automatic Transaction Machines (ATM), Point of Sales (POS), Short Message System (SMS), Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR), Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Databases of the Bank.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Educational Type & level
• Bachelor Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Work Experience
• A minimum of one Year Relevant work Experience.
5. Job Title: Office Administrator
Job summary
Under supervision of the Manager, Support Service Division, the incumbent is responsible for organizing, coordinating and providing office management services in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum qualification requirements
Educational type and level
• College Diploma in Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management
Work experience
• Two years in related work
Knowledge’s, Skills and abilities
• Knowledge of the principles of office management.
• Knowledge of the types and qualities of modern office furniture, Equipments and decorating materials.
• Ability to organize meetings and events.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team work ability
• Skill in effective verbal and written communication.
