It is registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 02/10/09 E.C under registration number 04/2/25619/02 proclamation No. 67/1989.Habesha Breweries S.C is a new and force full entrant to the beer market. The multi-million dollar worth of machinery is planned to be operational in few month time established in the town of Debra Berhan, 120km away from Addis Ababa.

Main Duties and responsibilities:Provide repairs and maintenance services on computerised machines,performs uploading of soft ware on electrical and related equipement,machines,equipments and any control devices
Essential Job Tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES Principal duties include:1. Gives appropraite solusion to maintanance problems of computers,computer controlled machines andequipment.2. Prepares and compiles technical reports such as monthly reports,quarterly reports ,annaul reports.3. Ensures the keeping up of proper maintenance records and machine operating log.4. Prepares equipement/machine,component maintenance program and its implementation.5. Prepares annual spare parts requirements for all computer controlled devices and measuring and controlling instruments.6. Works closely with procurement and store department to ensure that efficient stocks of spare parts are maintained.7. Prepares annual operating budget for upgrading software and components8. Ensures the availability of technical specifications and manuals for all computerised machinery and equipment and for measuring and controlling instrument.9. Partipates in or takes up on special assignment related to factory maintenance works when required.10. Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process11. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving12. techniques13. Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems14. Performs any other job as assigned.

Minimum requirementEssential Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesEducation/TrainingBachlor of science in Electrical engineering/Computer science .ExperienceA three-years related experinec preferably in bevarge industry.Skill &Knowledge

o To perform tasks proficiently, Soft Ware Engineer must have effective communication skills, problem-solving aptitude and good vision.o Demonstrates proficient knowledge and utilization of engineering tools necessary for successful performance of the essential functions of this job descriptiono Must demonstrate proficiency and possess experience necessary to develop moderately complex software in C, C++, C#, Java, assembly language, or other selected languageso Demonstrates mastery of relevant software engineering tools (configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers, emulators, and logic analyzers)o Must demonstrate proficient ability to capture and document software requirements.
