Human Resource Development Manager - Oromia Development Association (ODA)

Oromia Development Association (ODA) would like to hire Human Resource Development Manager.
Job Title:- Human Resource Development Manager

Responsibilities:-
- Leads the development and implementation of an effective internal communications strategy which ensures that all ODA employees, members and volunteers are well informed to enable them to act in support of the strategic objectives,
- Ensures that the right’ people are recruited, trained, rewarded and managed creating highly effective and professional teams throughout ODA and the district committees,
- Develops and provides support to ODA management for the effective implementation o HR policies and practices,
- Ensures that development plans are in place and succession plans created to ensure retention and sustainability of ODA’s services to beneficiaries,
- Provides outstanding leadership ensuring that the team are appropriately recruited, trained, managed and motivated to enable them to act in support of the organization’s strategic objectives. Etc
Qualifications:- Relevant Masters Degree or 1st degree in management, social science , HR, Leadership, Business, Law, etc).
Work experience:- 4 years for masters or 6 years for 1st degree relevant experience operating at a senior level in a managerial role.
Salary:- Negotiable
Type of employment:- Permanent
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English, Afaan Oromo and Amharic.
